These are the training modules created by the National Community Wood Recycling. National Community Wood Recycling (NCWRP) is a nationwide network of 30 social enterprises and have been recycling wood since 1998.
Modules 1 & 3 are compulsory for all staff and volunteers that work with LWR
If you want to join the collections team, you’ll need to complete module 2.
You are very welcome to do any of the modules provided, we offer the training in all the areas relevant to working in any community wood recycling. They are informative and great to do for personal development as well as useful to reference on CV’s. Once all the modules are complete, we can mark them for you , and send away for you to get a accredited qualification though NCWRP!
Modules 1-12: Focus on “Wood Recycling in Action” – An introduction to every aspect of community wood recycling, from retail to the environment.
Modules 13-15: Are designed to be helpful if you are applying for jobs
